The entreprenasium teaches students to see and exploit all kinds of opportunities, whereby value is added to society in one way or another. And furthermore, the entreprenasium stimulates:

  • a socially involved attitude: the students learn that you can get a kick by making others happy.
  • a responsible attitude.
  • courage to take initiatives.
  • courage to bring ideas - no matter how crazy - to the forefront.


At the entreprenasium we try not to teach every teacher to change. In education, it is primarily the students who develop themselves. We teach them to become a good teacher for themselves. They become studaxes. The entreprenasium solves problems like

  • problems with motivation and failure, resulting in problems in the classroom. The teacher can build less on his authority and must interest the student in his profession.
  • the current generation has grown up with the processing of information from countless channels.
  • the new teachers have a different view on learning. Because of the shortage of teachers, schools are struggling to retain these young teachers.
  • new ideas from learning psychology state that the old learning does not match the way in which children acquire knowledge.
  • the current education has a much larger diversity of students. This requires differences in approach per student. That is more difficult to achieve in a class setting.


The entreprenasium removes the divisions between levels, between school years, between school and society and with higher education. That is even a requirement for a school that runs the entreprenasium. These agreements include, among other things, that educational institutions provide students who have successfully completed the entreprenasium with both an advantage, a preferential treatment and an appropriate follow-up.

Students at the entreprenasium do their activities at the highest possible level, because that is what enterprising people strive for, getting the best out of themselves, provided that this is linked to their passion. Differences between students may be allowed by differentiating pace or scope. Yearly learning programs do not fit in here, but they do learn tailor-made and promote excellence. Once an entreprenasium is there, the foundations have been laid for an educational form and an educational culture that encourages students and everyone involved to passion and enthusiasm and connects them with others in a social way. What does a man want more?



The entreprenasium is a school of creative, pioneering, innovative people who dare to take initiatives. It is simply called a school of entrepreneurs. The entreprenasium offers students and teachers a stimulating learning environment in which the entrepreneurial attitude can flourish as optimally as possible. To avoid confusion: the students at the entreprenasium not only learn how to lead an initiative, but they learn how to set up a company that is completely unique.


The entreprenasium gives entrepreneurial students the freedom to set up their own company within the school program [1] and to carry out initiatives under the condition that this leads to higher figures[2]. Students can arrange these replacement learning activities themselves with teachers[3] or transfer them to a new Entrepreneurship exam subject[4]. As a result, the entreprenasium has a different basis from an educational point of view than project-based education. Within the entreprenasium the (enterprising) attitude of the student is central, while in project-based education, on the other hand, focuses on a certain interest. This is an essential difference. Although the entreprenasium is undertaken on a project basis, the teaching method goes beyond project education. After all, the projects are conceived by the participants themselves and they themselves are the client. This enterprising learning does not happen by itself, so learning to learn entrepreneurial is an important part of the educational program.


Furthermore, it is considered extremely important that the future entrepreneurs want to make an significant contribution to society in one way or another. That is why not only the entrepreneurial attitude of the students to the entreprenasium is stimulated, but also their social involvement. The students develop into social entrepreneurs.



The WHAT of the entreprenasium is expressed in so-called challenges. These challenges are entered by students in the form of their own learning plans, teachers in the form of modules and the school leaders in the form of You the Projects in order to achieve certain goals. To determine these goals each of these participants maintains their own portfolio as evidence for the achievement of the educational program, the training or the implementation strategy.


The WHO of the entreprenasium are the stakeholders and their characteristics (passions and talents). One of the stakeholders are the actual users of the entreprenasium, namely the entreprenasiasts, the intrapreneurs and the schools. At the entreprenasium, the uniqueness of each of the stakeholders, his personal story, is expressed in personal passions, talents and concepts.


The driving force behind the entreprenasium is to think up, set up and execute projects yourself. Do not think about project education, because the pupils come up with the projects themselves. Entrepreneurial people want this and can do this throughout their entire school career, because they like to think creatively themselves. This seems a little nuance, but it does have a big impact on didactics. This makes the students develop into a studax, someone who can shape and direct his own learning.

They want to show to society what their value is when they decide their own way. This also means that they have the desire to set up their own enterprise. A wish that they then link in their own education to what they need to learn for their exam. The HOW of the entreprenasium are therefore the projects. In projects we organize everything we use. Projects work out the strategy that people choose to enage a challenge. You can use different types of guides and tactics for this.
